iodine will not address candida in the long run. and the dosage is still way too small to do much of anything but stir everything up.

hydration - do the Water Cure
supplement oxygen - i like food grade H2O2 (Hydrogen-Peroxid) but Oxypowder and similar are ok too
Colloidal Silver (make your own) to address the candida(till the cloudy urine stops)
100mg of iodine
selenium and boron for sure, other companion nutrients as needed
