Colonics are 10x more effective of removing mucus from the colon than enemas. But if someone has "mild" candida in the colon-- colonics might be unecessary unless their doing a flush/detox that produces a lot of mucus.

Ive done enemas and they just dont do the job that a colonic can do. Enemas are good to do after a colonic. (probiotic enema,† etc...
