Walking and jogging won't help you gain muscle. You need resistance training (balls, bands, or body resistence like in push-ups, squats) and/or weight training of some sort. Or many sports develop muscle, martial arts do, too.
OH and rebounding is supposed to strengthen muscles, ALL of the body actually including internal organs, it is cellular exercise using gravity's force.
