The Necessary Antioxidant

We all are bumbarded with so much information on what is necessary for a better health & quality of life. There are many great proactive choices that have a significant impact on our health.

But sometimes infomation we gather is not necessary the full data we need, in order to make a informed decision. I believe that our health should never be compromised for profit, our health should be #1 priority after our creator in making those decisions.

We all are familiar about antioxidant's, and how important they are. Because of the many unstable elements out there like air, water, food & the depletion of the soil it is not possible to get the quality nutrients necessary in restoring those nutrients for the immune system to function at optimal levels.

You may have not heard of a very prevalent antioxidant, consider as the mother of all, because this one is the only one made natually within our cells. Unfortunately past the age of our 20s every decade this antioxidant "Glutathione" depletes by 12 to 15% a decade.

This is the only one that our cells mainly depends on in order to function properly, without glutathione all other antioxidant after they have served there purpose, in turn becomes a free radicals which is basically waste which can only be removed through the process of adequate glutathione.

This is a need to know bases, because now we have the proven Science through the deligate process of getting the precursors into the cell to where the glutathione is processed.
