In the old literature it was understood that intestinal "toxemia", or gastrointestinal issues, could lead to lumpy breasts and breast cancer.

I agree that it's some sort of detox. Just don't get re-toxed. I am so sorry that I succumbed to the gluten monster. There's this aura of disbelief about it. A friend of mine is still miffed that I turned down her chocolate zucchini cake!

People just don't get it.

Now I'm off to Amazon so that I can stock up on non-gluten flours. My husband loves to bake and I am lucky that he is being so gracious about this.
