Bugs and Streaks and Fibers

My situation is a little different .. I seem to have a combination of parasites and fibers. I posted here, then on Morgelons, and now I'm back here again b/c I haven't seen the fibers for awhile.

The situation I'm seeing mostly now are large red "streaks" in my face, plus cysts on my back (filled with tiny white grains), and an occasional black winged insect about the size of a small flea.

The streaks concern me. When I rub my skin, the outline of red streaks about 1/2" to 1" long appear on my face, shoulders, and even inside my ear. I hear a constant buzzing in my ear and a slight loss of hearing. I think these are dead organisms, but I could be wrong.

Tiny black dots can be rubbed out of my skin. I think they are young insects which grew from the white grains under the cysts. I don't know how the large red streaks fit into this picture.

I feel movement in my jaw, nose, ears and eyes. Also stomach, back, chest and abdomen. Nothing in the legs but my feet are swollen and my left hip joint is sore.

My greatest fear is that "they" have begun to make cysts on my face. This new symptom has happened within the past two days; a large "pimple" (but not really a pimple) formed next to my nose, and now another bump is forming on my forehead.

Any ideas? This situation is so confusing that I'm not even sure which forum I should be on!!
