Thanks you very much for the tip on white chocolate. Too bad I can't stand white chocolate. I guess it doesn't give me the same high. LOL. I did find that Hershey's syrup is low in copper and except I don't like it very much either but it may get me through an occasional craving. All my vices and healthy snacks are high in copper. I need to find some new cheats. I guess I will go back to green smoothies and incorporate pickles and radishes and peppers into the snacking. For some reason lately eating a more healthy Diet it more of a challenge. I wonder if that is the copper driving my appetite.
