Re: #34154

WOW, great to hear your story.
I'm caucasian but I have lived the past 4 years in Asia. Asians over there do tend to look youthful. Don't know about here. Great skin compared to Americans, even elderly people. But some young people have worrisome acne, of course their diet there is becoming more corrupt. I ate curries and Japanese and Indonesian and Chinese food, tons of tropical fruit and fresh sugar cane juice. Was thinner and had better skin than before I moved there. I just moved back and wonder how it will affect me.

I have a sister 5 1/2 years younger, its been years now since people started thinking she was older. She is taller and much bigger. But she doesn't look "old" especially her face, she is just so much bigger that it is a natural assumption.

Besides eating healthfully, my next step will be to get a distiller. Eventually I want to get a rebounder but I think water is the top priority, it is nice weather so I can just exercise other ways until I get a rebounder.
