Thanks MH - great idea about the sunshine - I have my fruit lunch outside every chance I get.
Not eating 3X... just sipping some juice - I should be able to get more done - will likely be able to show up a bit later....and accomplish the same.
Watching the drones at the office and airports...etc.. I have to agree.. they are very addicted to food as you have so described. They are pale and most are overweight and ailing from all of the normal stuff (headaches, sore joints, blood sugar...etc).
Last Saturday AM I had a pint of OJ... then mowed the lawn. I grabbed a "quart for the road" and headed to the trail with a couple of friends.I drank the quart - we then proceeded on a 15 mile mountain bike ride.... the meat/salt eaters admitted they had a hard time keeping up. I seemed to have plenty of strength... just kept going and going.
When I sit at the office - or am not busy... I will think more about food... I guess I just have to keep busy...stay on the move... worst case - take a 15 minute sun/air break and embrace the cleanse.
