Re: Starting hydrogen peroxide therapy, any thoughts?

Can you explain the HP regimen that you used and for how long? The 35% food grade is reported to work but at HIGH dosages for candida sufferers. 25 drops in water 3 times a day on an empty stomach, then no food for 1 hour. This should be done for at least 30 days, but alot of sick people (not necessarily candida related) report doing it for 3 or more months before they are symptom free. Like nystatin powder, it seems with HP dosage and length of time you stick with it is what matters as it's slow working.

I will look for the McCombs article you suggested. We know candida can adapt to an acidic or alkaline environment, but is there a level of oxygenation that it can't withstand? Good bacteria tend to be aerobic and fungi anaerobic.

I would not be surprised if it can adapt!

Here's a good link to explain how HP works:

Also I had wonderful progress with coconut oil also.
