I'm sorry, but you don't know that's what she's experiencing with any certainty at all. And even if she is, once she starts working with her body and dealing with the foundational issues, she (or anybody else) can regrow cartilage...especially since she's only 42.

"Modern medicine" is the first leading cause of DEATH in the US. Having surgery is never an option (on this forum) unless there's truly no other option to save one's life (or in this case, mobility).

Thanks for sharing what supplements/methods didn't work (I would have said the same about gluco/chondr) - there are much better options for supplements/support. And many things to do that most wouldn't think have any effect at all on the knees/bones.
