I've heard of him and will return to your link and read more. But the answer is yes, I do add Himalayan salt to most of the water I drink. Makes me even more thirsty. Oddly, recent blood tests revealed slightly elevated sodium. Not sure what to make of it. Coulda' been a bit of a fluke and have been different on any other given day because otherwise I get fairly little salt. Older tests reflected lower levels.
Most of the fluids I take in involve tea of some kind, or some other diet friendly brew - 90+% water. To those, I do not add salt.
