a typical day for me would be an egg drink in the morning. some chicken bone broth soup with with some kind of veggies inside for lunch. I may crack a couple eggs inside also for extra fat/protein. Poached eggs are good. Then dinner could be meat and cooked veggies + butter and coconut oil. I usually eat the fattier cuts of meat like bacon and chicken wings/drumsticks.
My protein is less than 80 and my fat is 200ish, and my carbs were 20 before but I started eating a bit more recently.
best idea is to make changes one at a time, since I'm sure your diet now is much different.
