Hey guys. I've been doing some research on chelating and particularly in the Ask Andreas Forum (because I have some of his books, I always like to check his opinion about things), I found this:
green leafy vegetables, especially, have great blood-cleansing effects. Pau D' Arco tea or capsules are effective too, two capsules three times per day is suffcient. "Cell Food" drops added to the drinking water is a great way to detoxify the tisses as well (many sources on the web).
DMPS is a drug and has high toxicity. You never know how senstitive the body is and where it is most susceptible to the drug's toxins. DMSA is about three times as effective but also toxic. I never recommend drugs unless it is for an emergency. By taking them you may be able to remove one problem but create another just as severe or even worse. Usually, the liver and kidney cleanses are enough to clean out the system. The body will handle the rest.
I also found another post where he recommends cilantro, detox food pads, and Bentonite clay baths (or Bentonite clay foot baths).
Has anyone tried these approaches? I'm very skeptic of trying something that will hurt my liver worse
