Do any of you use the sauna regularly as well? I go as time allows. It is usually a couple of times a week for about 20 minutes a session in a very hot sauna, or longer if the temperature is down (gym sauna, temp varies).
Also, does fasting aid in chelating/detox?
Also, my biological dentist had me doe Allergy Elimination Technique (AET--basically muscle/energy testing and elimination) for heavy metals prior to the removal, and had me start on chlorella and garlic at least 2 weeks prior to the removal.
Also, if your sinuses are plugged up on the day of removal like mine were, you end up inhaling more of the vapors I think. I couldn't help it, I couldn't breathe through my nose. The biological/holistic dentist will use various things to protect you during removal. But if you have to breathe through your mouth--that was the hardest part for me.
Also, I got all 7 of mine out at once. I did have some tooth sensitivity afterwards, but nothing severe.
