mOrg particles vs kidney plumbing

{..a funny thing happened on the way to the bladder..}

seems that there is yet another potential threat
from the mORg particles. Even as the kidney is
valiantly trying to clear them from the blood, the
bastids stick to each other in the nephrons/tubules
and make "clogs" ["casts".] Now, so long as they
don't stick to the "pipes" and can be flushed out
of the harm done. { so far as I know}.

having seen how quickly clusters of particles can grow,
especially in a lesion environment...seeing them
forming "tubule shaped clogs" in the kidney
pipes in rather large numbers is...a bit alarming.

I read that casts tend to form more easily in an acidic
environment. I know from long observation that the
particles tend to be far less active in an alkaline
environment. [..they are still in the urine in quantity,
but they don't tend to grow fibers very well at all].
When the urine goes acidic...things get..rowdy.
[100 mm+ fibers, odd structures, tangles, etc..etc.]
Rule of thumb: Neutral to slightly alkaline
pH urine is happy urine. [..sort of]
