Vit C 2-3 g, magnesium (citrate or malate form) 400-600 mg, B complex, plus maybe more of the B2 & B3, selenomethionine 200 mcg. Maybe some colloidal silver for your sore throat? Drink at least half your body weight (in pounds) in ounces of water per day, plus 1/2-1 teaspoon good salt, such as RealSalt, Celtic, Himalayan. Regular use of salt might forestall the need for special salt pushes.
