Need some encouragement here

So the ragweed season has started. Inspite of 8 LF, yesterday I was sneezing left, right center. I was in a mess. I have only ragweed allergy which has been diagnosed since the last 6 years. I was hoping to clear up my allergy and be a living proof in front of my husband about how wonderful LFing is. But unfortuantely our bodies dont lie. Maybe I need more flushes to clear my allergies.
Today I am feeling fine again, but yesterday was a mess. Tweet
