I can't speak to your sensitivities to ES or to the OO/LJ cocktail....I can only speak to the 11 flushes that I have now completed since January. For me the results have been great. I started the flush because I knew I had a sluggish and congested GB. I also had a number of food sensitivities that were causing airborne allergies, dizziness, fatigue, malaise. I had been taking allergy shots for over 6 months.

After the 8th flush I gave up the allergy shots and 80% + of my symptoms have gone away. I'm not totally clean yet, but between the flushes and candidias cleansing....I expect to be allergy free in another 6-9 months. I expect it will take another 10-12 flushes.

The taste of ES and OO/LJ are not great, but the benefits far outweigh the drawbacks. Here's to good flushing! Tweet
