Thanks for the kind advice! You sound like a very balanaced, content person!
***That's a fine compliment. Thank you. I get closer and closer as years go by.
I've been wanting to try sole, but can't find the rock salts. The foot bath sounds wonderful. I make a version of sole (with celtic Sea Salt ) and spray it on my food....it helps my digestion and adrenals (and it gives the food great flavor!). Also, I use lots of healing spices.
***That sounds a good idea. I'll try it both with the Celtic and Himalayan. Mine comes from the distributor http://www.heartfeltliving.com
to my local healthfood store.
I've been wanting to try coffee enemas. I bought light roast (organic)...is that the right kind? How do I do this and what is a low enema? Do i retain the solution? I don't have a coffee machine....
***You got me there! I haven't done one yet. I hate the idea almost as much as I hate vomitting. :(
***But, I am fascinated by the idea of boosting one's own production of glutathione. Actually I have been waiting a long time to break and pass a large gallstone, and other things. I have taken responsibility for my own care, but I don't recommend that to anyone...too scary. For me, so far, so good.
***There is info here at CureZone, and on the Net, but, for example, some say to lie on the right side, some on the left side, and some say on one's back.
***"Low" simply means to only clean the lower portion of large colon, rather than fill the top of the large colon...like use one cup of solution at a time...perhaps following with a second enema using one more cup.
I tried oil pulling, but it made me nauseous.
***Perhaps it was the type of oil you used. I use coconut oil...but I don't do it regularly.
Can u explain what Humaworm is? I'm not sure I understood what u meant by the following: "Go on Humaworm every 120 days (30 days on, and 90 days between rounds).
Take the in-betweens between during the 90 days.
Take Hu-Mana-Tea, at least, while on Humaworm."
What are the "in-betweens" that u take "between during the 90 days?" What's Hu-mana-tea? and how much do u take?
***All the info about Humaworm, etc. is on their forum, and you can go to their website, http://www.humaworm.com
at the top of that page. Lots of easy reading there.
Yes, I agree that stress is a big issue of mine... I wish I knew how to just let it go!
***The hard part is remembering the past, and hanging on to it.
***The word, "No" is very useful, sometimes. Distract yourself with something to do...as I go on my peddler machine. Or, ask yourself a simple question, forget about it, and let it come to you when you are ready. Mine come just before I awaken in the morning.
***Perhaps just nibble at the little questions. You don't need the big stuff right now.
***Also try relaxing for a few minutes at a quiet time. Listen to your breathing.
***If disturbing thoughts are persistant, say, "No". They are all your thoughts, after all.
***You can do anything with your own thoughts, you know. A little practice and you'll get the hang of it.
P.S. It has helped me, sometimes, to think that there is no time except now.
Something like in the movie "Always", the way Hap appears now and then earlier, and later.
I have this sneaky suspicion that we alter events, at least to ourselves, every time we remember them. If that is so, then why not alter them for the better, period?
I mean, like why not remember straight A's for that year?
If you're keeping the info inside, anyway, why not?
