Don't worry, just go for the best general care you can think of.
Those are all symptoms of the same lifestyle, I would think.
The number one best thing you can get from your food is enzymes...that means some RAW every meal...like take a beet, fine grate it, and call it salad.
Make your own salad dressing with the best ingredients....and vary it until you find tastes you like.
Thing about tastes is that you can get used to, and like, most any taste you approve of, easily. I dropped added salt, except on eggs, quickly and easily, then I found myself eating my breakfast eggs and veggies without added salt. Baby Bok Choy and Zucchini are my favorites with breakfast. Some days I only have one egg, some days I have black beans or other protein.
I made this change when I read that the average male needs only 20 grains of extra salt per day...and that of whole salt.
My favourite is Himalayan Crystal Mineral Salts, but they melt slowly, and, therefore, taste gritty, so we are trying Herbamare, etc., as well as Himalayan Crystal Mineral Salts footbaths to balance the body's minerals, both in and out. Fill a jar of clean water with pebbles of the salt, and let sit overnight.
Take a cup of that water (sole, pronounced so-lay) and 26 cups of clean water, warm, and soak your feet for 20 - 30 minutes.
In the morning you will find yourself calm, and restored...balanced.
Go on Humaworm every 120 days (30 days on, and 90 days between rounds).
Take the in-betweens between during the 90 days.
Take Hu-Mana-Tea, at least, while on Humaworm.
Besides HumaCleanse, take a few mild coffee enemas.
I know that sounds silly, but, to learn what that does, do it. Just a low enema, nothing strenuous, your liver will love you for it...and take some probiotics, too.
Get lots of sleep. If you get agitated at night, like your mind won't settle down, get up and go on an exercise machine for a few moments. I do about five minutes on a peddler...then my mind is changed and I sleep like a babe. I am 73 years old and this is the first time I recognize this kind of peacefulness.
I watched it around 40 times, then I went to a Healing Bioenergy seminar. Now my husband gives me treatments. You'll see.
Learn the joys of oil-pulling...there's a whole forum for it here.
If you are familiar with stresses in your life, you will surely see various aspects of it over the years to come. Just relax, insights will come when you are ready for them. There is absolutely no reason to concentrate on them, or to feel bad.
Everyone makes mistakes, including you and the person you dislike most. I found that the MOST stressful thing was embarrassment that anyone saw my errors.
Look at Cesar Milan, the Dog Whisperer, on the National Geographic Channel. Learn that well-balanced dogs (and probably most animals) live in the NOW. The past matters far less than most of us can imagine.
Petluvr, You will find peacefulness and happiness, soon...believe me.
One step at a time.
Then your 'laundry list', above, will matter little.
A lady who 'knows' told me that I had a lack of joy in my life...when I was 'down'.
