I just did the first oj fast. As nike says, JUST DO IT! I suffered as detox occured, used up a lot of kleenex as I was congested with dairy. Every day I stayed on the oj and LBB because I wanted my health back. I took a lot of dewormer and other formulas mh recomended. By the last day of my first 21 day oj fast I felt like a new person. Had lots more energy and former congestive problems were dissappearing or gone.
I realized after many fasts I had been a food glutton and never realized I was a glutton. I really like food and used to cook many 'rich gourmet' dishes with rich heavy top cream, lots of butter, meats eggs and vegetables, starches/rice, in heavy cream sauces, grains. This 'rich, sad, goumet' diet almost killed me.. I have since done many 21, 25, 30 and 40 day oj fasts and each fast improves my body and health more and more. My biggest mistake was returning to rich foods after a good fast. Now I run away if someone tries to feed me eggs, or dairy, milk/cream or grains.
Good luck, post how your doing on your fast.. The fasts get easier over time depending on how congested you are.
