It took me a long time to realize that a detox is very hard on the body and more involved they are the harder they are on you. I know some AF problems maybe centered in a belief that candida is the cause but I think it's multiple stresses on the body that contribute to AF. For me the big breaker is always mental stress but contributing factors are also diet, toxins, heavy metals, not getting enough sleep, physical stress, candida, stimulates, video games and on and on. We carry so much bagage around that we haven't worked through that adds to the piling of our tension.
My candida has actually gotten better since I started to focus on just healing the AF. I also have found a good probiotic that helps a lot too.
