Ok..I know what you mean about apples. That used to happen to me, too.
I do this, and this often helps. Eat only first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach - yikes! That will make it worse! yes, in the beginning, it will seem so; but most fruit should be eaten before noon, and with no other foods (meaning protein, starches, etc.).
I eat only organic, and fresh as possible. You can also try removing the skin to see if that makes a difference and to take with water, or hot vinegar/lemon/honey drink in the morning. After you do this awhile, they won't bother you anymore.
Believe it or not, APPLES will give you a morning boost equal to a cup of coffee!
Apples also contain malic acid which is really helpful for people with fibromyalgia (not that you do, but just an fyi).
Now apples don't bother me anymore!
