i would have to have a detailed history. start from the very beginning and list all the symptoms in a proper sequential timeline, list everything you have tried, what worked and what didn't, and then then we can take a first step. The whole thing is trial and error, but i know most of the pitfalls and therapies and can save you potentially years of chasing your tail to no end. can't promise a cure but i can almost promise very significant improvement, stability and then maybe a cure in the future.
just recently straightened out a person with aplastic anemia, he had seen tons of doctors and alternative people to no avail. in three weeks he was able to stop all the blood transfusions and he was only doing maybe 30 percent of what i had recommended.
there are certain people on this forum who in my opinion have some good advice, but the problem is that you can't do 30 things at one time guided by 20 different people, you have to do 1 or 2 things at a time in order to make headway, and the nature of this forum is fairly chaotic.
so what i suggest is write a very long and detailed summary of your situation, start from as early in childhood as you can and trace all of your symptoms, medical treatments, vaccinations, surgeries, dental work, possible environmental exposures, alternative treatments, diet, etc etc. try to keep it sequential in terms of a timeline.
i will invest the time into putting together a plan for you. it will have to be iterative after that point, punting on some avenues and pursuing others more aggressively depending on how you respond. i would love to do this on an open forum for other people benefit and to see how fast you make progress but it would get too chaotic, so it would have to be done in PM.
also, start keeping a journal of everything that goes into your body and how you feel.
i am offering this to a few people here who have been spinning in circles for a long while now without making progress.
