i was recently reading about yet another thing that turmeric is good for. apparently it can chelate copper. there is a small amount of copper in it already and a fairly high zinc/copper ratio so i don't know how you would feel about trying it out but it could be worth a try. always cook it before taking it.
are you doing saunas as well?
wondering if there is a safe zinc additive one could add to bathwater to help draw copper out through skin. the Bentonite baths may help???
