I don't normally see the yeast in day to day bowel movements. But when you get colonics you can definitely see it. I was sick after the first 3-4 maybe that I had. That doesn't happen often though, as far as I could find very few get the reaction I did. So you hopefully won't feel terrible like I did when I started. Tweet
