Once upon a time I somehow got the impression that....


It is not a good idea to take too much SSKI , but you can take all the Iodine you want, and it won't hurt you. And doctors crying "Wolf!" charts off too much Iodine is a hoax, smoke and mirrors trick, they use it to try and get you to stop taking so much Iodine, or some such.

Iodine when mixed with Sugar is converted to SSKI .

Sooooo. Are we supposed to refrain from eating sugar, so as not to get too much SSKI , when taking oogles of Iodine? And what about the body converting everything to glucose? Why doesn't all the Iodine we take get converted to SSKI by the glucose?

Just trying to understand that is going on in my body if anybody can splain please and thank you.
