Re: Nearly four weeks on candida diet: no change - advice?
I followed protocol from
http://www.thecandidadiet.com
mainly.
One week detox fast with liver flush. Expelled a lot of
parasites I had.
Four weeks of strict mostly veg diet. Salads, lots of broccoli, kale, asparagus. Chicken, sardines and occasionally salmon
Then six or so weeks expanding diet with brown rice, a little red meat, quinoa, sweet potatoes occasionally.
Celery and almond butter :)
Pretty much have been sticking to an AC diet since then (it's been six months)
Supplements and antifungals
At least two garlic cloves a day
Two tablespoons of coconut oil a day
Rotating oil of oregano/grapefruit seed extract everyday
pau d'arco tea daily
Aloe Vera juice daily
Olive leaf extract rotating
Also
3000 mg vit c daily
b vit complex daily
D3 high dose daily (I was deficient)
Biotin
So yeah, a pretty comprehensive program...
Thing is, I've never experienced die off like I've heard so many people complain about. In the last two months I've expanded my diet and have no problems with my intestine tolerating it. Yet I still have ringing ears, pressure on my head, swollen lymph nodes in my neck, brain fog, sensitive eyes and a bunch other symptoms relative to candida
