Coffee enemas

I have been taking a less radical approach to a liver flush. I have just completed five coff enemas, two this week. My procedure is to have a two quart salt water enema to get cleared out. I follow this with one quart of organic coffee at body temp. I hold this for half an hour. Near the end of that time , I feel a little "growling' at about the point where the transverse colon starts decending. Is this an indication that the liver is releasing its toxins??? This has happened just about every time i have done this procedure. This procedure is comfortable and leaves me feeling fine (althought I feel fine before I do it). Your thoughts would be very appreciated.
