Thanks for you comments. Have not had thyroid levels done lately. Am afraid my gp will be able to detect somehow that I am on Iodine and that I will catch flack about that. The doctor's office that does the urine Iodine test told me that many doctors react badly to knowing patient is taking Iodine and will refuse to treat such patients. Will get levels done after next urine iodine, after Iodoral dose is lowered. I was advised not to go to an endocrinologist until after I am off iodine as I would not be well treated if I were known to be taking it. Tweet
