I walk fast about a mile most days. My work is health care which varies between sitting a lot and then running around like crazy taking care of patients. I do not know what a rebounder is and will look into the cold sitz baths and moving lymph. I have bp problems because of which I am not supposed to drink more than a quart of liquid a day or salt much salt. I tried the salt pushes a few times but they always made me feel like a sick heart patient so I am afraid to do them. Maybe I can try again with w tiny, tiny amount of salt. Oh, rebounder... one of those mini trampolines? Good idea. That would help move lymph? I began qi gong exercises this Summer for kidneys, heart, gallbladder,plus arm push offs against wall similar to the regular push ups at which I am bad. Once build up arms will do regular push ups. Also am doing standing meditation every day, increasing the time every month. Thanks.
