Laredo thanks for your post. I didn't realize your were doing so much Zinc. I was doing it once per day but I had to take it with a huge meal so it would not effect my tummy. I may start again with it daily. I am wondering if I can build up to taking it multiple times a day? I have been crashing off and on for 6 weeks and finally got much better this week. I wasn't getting enough sleep, jogging a bit too much and now I am loading up on high copper foods. Those darn copper food hook me in.
Seems like everytime I am about to post my recovery story I crash a bit again. So I need to get my act straightened out so I too can post a recovery story.
