I just wrote down the title of the book and will order that one in the next few days. Thanks for the suggestion! I haven't had Indian food in a such a long time and definitely need to eat some it. I like how they integrate the spices in the different foods, especially the chicken. An Indian gal that I used to work suggesting boiling Chai tea bags in milk rather than water as it makes the drink richer tasting. Of course, organic milk!.. but yum!.. what a great beverage to drink. Add stevia or Really Raw Honey(name brand) for sweetness.
