A korean lady cook I know is very very aggressive. She eats a lot of stir fried meat and hot red pepper spice and is a very firey aggressive person. She barks orders at her family employees working them to death like slaves. I trade recipes with her and asked her why buddha was so fat, she said many people in korea were starving, (have starvation beliefs) so a big fat buddha meant lots of food to eat. I asked her why koreans are so aggressive, she told me she became aggresive because she was starving and in want of luxury in korea as a child and she vowed she would never starve or want again, she has a tiny food stand and is now surrounded by food and cooking all day. Her program and heavy meat diet made her very aggressive, which is ok if you need to compete in competitive business.. A lot of people have strong conscious and subconscious programs about starvation and food, these programs run our body. That is why it is important to reprogram your mind, your conscious and subconscious beliefs for the health outcomes you desire. I found deep meditation on a daily weekly monthly and yearly basis and flooding the mind with good thoughts, good data and acceptance helps to reprogram
the conscious and subconscious mind.
