Re: Coconut milk and Coconut cream plant fats

I understand. I used to travel 5 hours to see a non toxic dentist. And I always brought a friend with, for moral support or to drive if I was given a laughing gas or something by the dentist.

I learned a long time ago to eat and drink with great pleasure any food I wanted. The more I fasted the less I wanted junk food or non fruit food. I use food like an experiment now, to observe it's effects on me.

When I am around and talking with fast food eaters I notice I get a craving for fast food. I sense and smell the fast food in them and it reminds me of eating fast food. I do not need to act on my cravings. I just go home and have some fruit juice. I do not want to deal with the eating, digesting and eliminating of a fast food. Been there, done that.

A tool I was taught was transmutation. Transforming my thought to turn something that appears negative or harmful into a powerless zero or a nothing. A nothing, a powerless zero has no power to harm anyone. Using common sense of course. No need to foolishly test Gods goodness.

Another tool is to transmute a negative into a positive. That is done by understanding God is not the author of negative. It is all in the way we program and reprogram the tool that is our mind, our thoughts. I need to be aligned with God to do that.

Good luck with the dental work.
