This is my routine, it get's tiresome sometimes but it has worked out good for me.
For meals I don't follow this 100% of the time but most of the time:
For breakfast I usually eat kashi cereal or oatmeal with some strawberries, blackberries, blueberries and walnuts. Then for lunch I barely eat anything, just an oatmeal bar and banana. For dinner I have a few pieces of turkey with mixed vegetables or veggie burger with fruits, probiotic yogurt.
I take 1 -2 scoops of designer whey protein a day. Also metamucil 3 times a day and extra strong dieter's green tea in the evening to make sure I'm always able to have a complete bowel movement in the morning.
The supplements I take are vitamin c complex, vitamin b complex, calcium, vitamin d, around 400mg of magnesium throughout the day, milk thistle, NAC, Non-dairy acidophilus probiotics with each meal + another multivitamin.
And excercise as much as possible so I sweat out as much as I can when I'm at home. Finally I just drink a lot of water, and a few glasses of fruit and vegetable juice throughout the day.
Like I said this regime has eliminated the odour most of the time but I know there's still some underlying issue I have that most people don't that's causing this odour because when I take a medication like adderall, just my second day on it it causes my body to give off a odour. most people can take adderall daily for a long time with out any odour problems.
