Human Protein

From yrs of reading on this stuff, I've come to understand that my liver is the ONLY source of protein.  It makes my protien from 20+ amino acids, of which only 8 are "essentials," have to gotten from food sources.  If you look at nutritional charts for produce, they ALL have amino acids.  "Eating the rainbow" makes not getting the amino acis needed impossible.

Also consider:  "animal carcus" as Dr Christopher frequently referred to meat is not chewed by humans to the point of digestion, the stomach has no teeth and is only an alkalizing organ, not one of digestion ... how many amino acids are actually being released to the liver for building human protein?  VERY little, me thinks!  Were our livers actually using chicken, been or fish protein to build us ... what on earth would we look like??????

Amino acids makes for interesting reading.
