Day 16 of oj fast


Today is day 16 of oj fast. Here are a few observations.

The first week is the hardest, I had a few false starts and ate something because my program/mind, was arguing with me to eat. Getting past those HABITS of eating something the first few days is hardest. Stick with it, each day on oj fast you will quiet the old program/mind/habit. I just eat another orange to reprogram and shut the old program up.

MOST FOOD SUCKS. Dairy cow flour meat TASTES BAD after I eat it and gives the stomach a bad feelng until it passes out. I take 6 to 8 LBB a day, one each hour with an organic orange. My stomach feels light flat and happy with an orange or oj juice.

ALL FLEM MUCUS AND COUGHING IS GONE. Gone! Dairy, cow, flour and meat are evil to the body, mucus and flem forming foods. I noticed the LBB caused flem, mucus to exit out the bm into the toilet. Good stuff LBB.

MY ENERGY HAS INCREASED 1000%. In the last few days I completed projects that I had been putting off all year while eating food. I repaired a porch, moved 100 pounds of junk out, washed the walls, redecorated and organized an entire room. Organized and spit shined 4 other rooms. Walked 1/2 mile in the sun without tiring. When eating food I dislike walking. I refurbished a whole set of furniture. And completed a number of other tedious projects I had been too tired to do while eating food. Normally I do 3 or 4 chores a day, on the oj fast I am doing 30 chores a day!!! OJ fasting allows the solar plexus to clean out/clear out and BREATHE/EAT PRANA, giving the human body more ENERGY!

The downside.
My old program/mind, tells me I 'should' eat. I look at pictures of food in advertisments and 'think of eating the food' while looking at a pic of a big juicy hamburger, and I pretend I'm smelling the food' and then I eat an orange and a LBB and feel satisfied. I think I am tripping my own habit/program with the visualization of eating till cravings pass.
I also feel a little bit nervous and wobbly, with all this new oj fast ENERGY surging thru me. Prana feeding is like using high octane AIR in your car to power it, you may be nervous the first few times you are powered by this new fuel.

Helpful..
I like sitting in front of a small fire or campfire while oj fasting. The fire burns up any negative energy coming out.
I also take a shower every day, tonite I used epsom salt in the bath to help relax and detox my muscles. A quick sitz at the end of each shower seems to help also.
I take a few drops of oregano oil daily, and I put a few drops of oregano oil in my air conditioner before bed.
I take a shot of mhs liver formula one day and a shot of mhs kidney formula the next day.

Odd.
I can 'see' other peoples congested parts, see where they have energy blocks or clogs. I can also 'see' the spirit inside animating thier physical form. I am not used to 'seeing' with this level of perception so I will go slow here to verify.

Strange part of oj fast..
when other people ask me to eat or try to give me food.
someone gave me some candy ..and I threw it away after they were gone. When others ask me to eat, I change the subject, as I do not want to lie and say I already ate yet I do not care to explain fasting or prana to others at this time and have to deal with 'THIER' fears in thier MIND/PROGRAMS regarding thier feeding habits and programs.

Transmutation...
If prana eaters think they need to be in pure mountains to eat air/prana, that is THIER program/mind. I find myself eating prana everywhere, call me a junk prana eater. I just tell my program/mind to purify the prana when it reaches me. Its all in our programing/mind.

Question..
Not sure what I will want to eat after I break the fast. I plan on doing 21 days but may go to 40 days as long as I have this good energy. I am thinking just to go fruitarian/liquidarian after the fast. My biggest challenge is my belief/program that I may need protien. I will have to figure out how to erase/reprogram that belief/program/mind.
Maybe I will replace the need/program for protein with a need/program to smell frangrant flowers. Will see.

My weight is a stable 122 pounds, same weight as when I was 22 years old. I am over 50 years old and this is my 9th or 10th oj fast in 6 years time.

Thank you Mh. your oj fasts LBB, oregano oil, kidney and liver formulas work wonders. What do you eat when you are not fasting Mh?
