I do have Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and also Thoracic Outlet Syndrome. The tingling with those are different than what I felt and thought was the AF. The Carpal Tunnel Syndrome is more in a straight line like running down a nerves or the end point of,or maybe like when you foot's asleep. What I experience with the AF or other tingling is more generalized feeling in a way and more toward the outer layer of the body. When my arms tingled when I was suddenly scared it was on both at the same time in the same place moving from above the wrist toward the elbows in a line but at an angle. I can't really explain it but it feels different than Carpal Tunnel. With the AF tingle I always thought it felt like my body was short circuiting as in it was short on the supple of something I needed to handle the sudden scare.
