Alternative Flush: does it really help?

I have completed 7 flushes so far. After flush #2, I started doing the alternative flush ( where we take an extra dose of Oil/Juice in the morning next day).

Personally I have NOT noticed any drastic increase in the # of stones passed by the alternative method. ( I may be wrong!)

Anyone else noticed the same thing? If Alternative method is just prolonging the agony of the flush, maybe I'll stick to the standard protocol.

PS: flush#7, I vomited most of my ES. Was a bummer. But I eventually had a BM, I saw ~40 dark green stones. YAY!! I used 6 oz of Almond Oil + 8 oz(1 cup) of GJ. So Almond Oil worked!! I am sticking with it. Taste wise, it was WONDERFUL. Others can also try it if Olive-Oil is causing burping and bad taste. I can't even stand the sight of Olive-Oil now . LOL.

Epsom Salts : Closing the nose while drinking the ES, does mask some of its taste. Thanks hanna. I am also gonna try Magnesium Citrate sometime.

Enemas: I am reading so much abt Coffee Enemas. I have located a Enema kit in a pharmacy nearby, but still reluctant/hesistant to buy it. Maybe coffee enemas can help me feel better faster. I know there are lot of ppl in this forum who love Enemas but there are others who think they are unnatural. After all, our anuses are meant to be "exit only" organs. Cant decide on this.

BTW, I am still struggling with IBS and bloating. Hope to get my health back one day. I am not giving up :)

take care everyone.
