That makes sense to me now. I had high cort for a long time, now that it's lowered I started to experience crashes. Not just fatigue I used to have but it does feel like dehydration, low hormones, low minerals all at the same time. I could figure it out thought maybe it was something else but after reading these posts it feels like all of the about are out of wack during a crash.
