You said:

Here is a non-commercial link from a CZ post how it works.

Epsom Salts and things like Milk of Magnesia pull water from the body oxygen products don't.>>>

I can find/see nothing in your 'non-commercial' link that indicates the magnesium is not absorbed by the body! Nor do I see anything that indicates that magnesium mixed with oxygen (or water) somehow "neutralizes" the effect of the magnesiums and prevents it from pulling water from the body. This is VERY important to understand...especially if one is to post it to all of Curezone as 'fact'.

When one takes OxyPowder with a few ounces of water, they end up with much more 'liquid' coming out of them in the form of butt-pee & diarrhea than the amount of water they took with the OxyPowder. Where does all that fluid come from, if it doesn't come from the magnesium pulling water from the body? The answer is below in what the chemist said: basically the chemical combination takes the elements it needs to produce the water...from your body.

Your chemist friend stated:

"The oxygen that is released from the reaction of magnesium peroxide and water is in the atomic state, i.e. single atoms of neutral oxygen, also known as monoatomic oxygen. This is a very reactive form of oxygen, the same as is released from hydrogen peroxide. It is highly oxidizing, and seeks to obtain electrons from whatever matter is available in its environment. Organic matter in general will react with it, producing carbon dioxide and water, among other things.

I'm certainly not a scientific 'whiz kid', but I do understand biology & chemistry fairly well. A mono-celled oxygen element that "seeks electrons from whatever matter is available in it's environement" is taking electrons from somewhere in your body...electrons that your body may have been very fond of and had a use for. It takes both hydrogen & oxygen to make water, so if water is being "produced" by this chemical interaction, the elements to produce it HAVE to come from somewhere...and like your chemist friend says, it's comes from the environment (our bodies) it is in.

Whether the water was just 'hanging around' waiting for the magnesium to pull it into the intestines chemically, or whether the water was in the form of separate hydrogen/oxygen atoms and was pulled together by the chemical reaction of the magnesium & oxygen, the water is still being taken from the body...and the magnesium is doing what magnesium always does. The presence of oxygen does not alter or neutralize the chemical structure of magnesium.

Or at least that's how I understand the information you posted.

I would guess that some of the oxygen reacts to form carbon dioxide and water, and some forms diatomic oxygen gas (O2). Some of these gases are probably absorbed into the blood, and some probably produce flatus or belching. Like he says, he would GUESS this is why.

I would guess that this product would kill anaerobic bacteria, because it is highly oxidizing.
And he also GUESSES that this chemical combination/reaction would kill bacteria?!! The same bacteria that we need so desperately in our digestive system??!! I thought you've said (that Andreas said) that OxyPowder encourages the helpful bacteria ??!! Which is it? Does this stuff kill bacteria? or not? And if it kills our gut bacteria, it's the worst possible choice for colon cleansing, eh?

If there is a state of oxidative stress in the intestinal cells, this product might exacerbate it. I think it would be a good idea to give the intestinal cells some glutathione a few hours before using this, if it is suspected that they are low in glutathione. That way, they will be able to protect themselves when the conditions in the intestinal lumen become more oxidizing."

I don't know what "oxidative stress" is...but I know this: there's no need to EVER use any kind of a product to clean your colon naturally, that has the chemical potential to kill gut bacteria and harm the intestines.

There are SO MANY other time-proven options out there to choose from (that are SO MUCH less expensive).

Please, Hanna (anybody) let me know if I'm interpreting this incorrectly and why.

Blessings,

Unyquity
