I have noticed a change in my stools. They have gone from soft/formed to mud!!! I am getting worried. It's not diariahh, just mud/sludge. I have lightened up my probiotics for 2 days, but no change, and my diet is real clean, candida diet, very low in carbs, green veggies with a meat. I really am not sure what's going on. I go once or twice a day. any ideas?
