Re: cured body odor
"this is fantastic I feel like a kid who just met their favourite baseball player."
Aww shucks, thanks but I am just a suffer like you. I am sticking around the boards to help others out. Plus I'm not 100% yet but pretty darn close. I PMed you with more info.
"I have many questions. What do you have and what supplements do you take, if any."
I am experimenting with B complex vitamins and fiber now. I have taken high levels of Vit A, D, and C before but these just help heal your digestive tract. Glutamine helps your gut lining. Mg is great to add too but I don't think these supps will make or break your BO problem. Some people actually find vitamins make them smell worse so go slow with them.
"Last night I had a slip up. I was getting cocky with my diet and thought heyyy the problem's probably gone so I had some vodka and lots of juice. Today I smelled. How long will it take to irridicate this or will the smell take a while to get rid of? Like when you had your slip up how long did it take to get rid of the odor again? Did you fast for like a day and it was fine?"
Yeah, at the beginning if I slipped up it would take a few days to a week to clear mysystem. Drink a LOT of water to flush your system after that. Now that I have been on the diet longer it takes maybe a day or two to clear the system. I can eat more protein on days off and the stank will clear by the time work starts again. I crave good food now because the offenders make me smell like crap. Real easy to train your mind for what's best for you.
Good luck with classes. I hope you clear up your slip up soon. I haven't drank in a long time so I don't know what alcohol would do to my system, nor will I find out. Perhaps vodka with a small shot of lemon would be better??
Keep in touch and have a great one.
