Re: Oxy-Powder Questions
Hello North Coast Man!
I read your
Liver-Flush posts, I'm glad it went well for you! Mind did too, thankfully. Isn't the whole thing amazing??
On to
Oxypowder : for the past few weeks, I've been taking it, and yes indeed, butt-pee becomes a very familiar experience. I'm not sure what it's doing other than that though, because I keep comparing it to
The Master Cleanse which I did earlier in the spring with B&P shakes. Doing that I lost 10 lbs., though I think most of it was water, because I only needed to lose about 3. But graphically, I saw stuff! Stuff in the shape of my intestines that looked really old.
With
Oxypowder , all I've seen is butt-pee, and the whole time I've used it, I've felt like I've had an uncomfortable brick in my stomach, (or somewhere!) Never had that with the Master Cleanse. My stomach was SUPER flat with the MC, in fact, my clothes started hanging on me and I had to go shopping, (darn).
Now, to be fair to
Oxypowder , I became so dehydrated (out of stupidity) doing the
Master-Cleanse with the B&P shakes and not drinking enough water, that I finally panicked and had some Gatorade with electrolytes. At the time I didn't know there were much healthier alternatives. Once that evil processed
Sugar was in my system, I went on a
Sugar binge for almost a month until I finally weaned myself off. Since then, (it's only been a month or two), my body has been out of whack, so having said that, I'm not sure I've given Oxypowder a fair shake. It's certainly is extremely convenient.
I'm going to do another
Master-Cleanse for a comparison, but in the meantime, there seem to be a lot of Oxypowder advocates on this website, so I'd say give it a try if you're curious to see how it affects you, though I happen to love the MC. Not so convenient, but fantastic none the less. Also, I haven't had a chance to do much research on oxygen, but I think Oxypowder is cool for that reason alone, even if it has done nothing to remove my "brick"!
Good luck!
