Thank you, I just picked up some malic acid from the store.
I too followed a bodybuilder's diet. Probably spent close to 1,000 hours in research, and quite frankly, it was mainly in the name of vanity, I'm ashamed to admit. At the time I thought I was eating healthy and never new I'd suffer such consequences because I never ate mainstream junk. It just didn't occured to me that the chemicals in protein powder and artificial sweeteners might eventually have a negative impact, plus mercury in tuna(!) -- I didn't know it was eating was STILL classified as junk. I was also dating a trainer who further encouraged me, confirming my belief that I had found the answer to health. Thank goodness I never faced the temptation of taking steroids, he did and I know it wreaked havoc on him.
The amount of money and hours wasted, the years of will-power to eat "right" just so I could... well you know... satisfy my wretched vain streak. Well now, I finally know what's important and rid myself of so called "healthy" food and only eat what is pure, organic, and living. (Well, I still cheat with lots of natural peanut butter, coco oil, and carob powder!)
Anyway, it's interesting to hear your story and know that I'm not the only one who has seen the light after eating what seemed to be so healthy! Looking healthy can certainly be deceiving.
Good luck to you!

Actually, I'm glad I've had the symptoms I've had, otherwise I never would have found curezone and probably would have ended up with a horrible disease.
