The odor normally stems from the toxins that the Candida releases. Exercise helps, so does a sauna or any way you can cause your body to sweat, even soaking in a tub of hot water.
Try eating organic eggs for your protein for a while with all types of green vegetables. Also a vegetable juice diet will help if you can do it for a while, maybe a week.
Don't add rice at all, as that would be a big mistake. Rice is a starch which turns into Sugar and will feed the Candida thus allowing it to multiply in your body.
Drink LOTS of water.
Trimethylaminuria (TMAU) usually has a strong fish odor. It's a metabolic disorder which causes a defect in the production of an enzyme; Candida on the other hand is a fungal infestation. Big difference.
