Cool. That's great that the slow breathing is helping you.

Make sure you do it with your diaphragm as well. That also "tells" your nervous system you are relaxed.

If you are having trouble sleeping, do very slow diaphragm breathing while in bed.

Make sure to make the exhale a little longer than the inhale. And when you exhale slowly, picture yourself going all noodle like.

If you have trouble with oral magnesium... Try transdermal magnesium oil.
