Hello Hanna, Thank you for your response to me over on the Oil swishing forum. I see that you have many, many posts over here and I am checking those out-I have gotten through quite a few so far. I also am going to read through the site you suggested to others at Sensible heath.com. Your comment that you feel better at 70 than you ever have in your life is very inspiring to me.
